I've been a yo-yo dieter for 30 years. Ready to get this extra weight off and keep it off!!

I'm a 35-year-old professional, a foodie and great cook who loves to exercise and is quite fit despite still needing to drop about 20 pounds. I have successfully lost 35 or so pounds on Weight Watchers over the past few years and right now am bouncing between 154 and 160. I want to break through 150 and ultimately get into the low 130s. It would feel like a miracle, but I know I can do it.

57 years old who finally realizes you cannot out-train bad eating habits.

I am a 60year old married mother of two fabulous young men and grandmother of a two gorgeous granddaughters. I'm a grad student in counseling and have a medical background. I have many medical issues, joint and muscle pain the most pressing at present...hope the elimination diet helps.

55 year old mother, wife and professional. Healthy all my life until recently. Strong faith and belief that by working together we can accomplish our goals.

Age 59, elementary teacher, nana to 15 grandkids, fairly active, love gardening, reading, traveling

I'm a 45 year old Health & Safety Consultant that travels way too much for work. Been with a great guy for the past 20 years and we lead a very active lifestyle. We workout regularly and scuba dive during the summer and during winter vacation. Since becoming a consultant 3 years ago, I have noticed fluctuations in weight and having problems maintaining it. Have also always had problems with regular bowel movements

I'm 49 and my goal is to feel healthy and fit.. I struggle with motivation to exercise. My thyroid fights me contantly so I am trying to figure out the best eating plan that works for my body. I love all vegtables and generally eat healthy. Occasional over do it on chocolate and sweets if within reach. Moderation is not a stregnth. Work in progress...

single, full time working parent of 2 high energy kids (6 and 8) I love to cook (and eat) and actually like clean food...have a difficult time juggling all of the balls and not grabbing the easiest thing to eat instead of the best thing to eat.

age74 working in psychiatric practice1 1 day per 2weeks,otherwise retired ,married with 2 grown children live on a farm and run a beef herd of cattle for vealer beef.Hobby model sailing, recently joined a mens choirand loving it, overweight all my life

I am a female, age 39. I have three children, ages 5, 8, and 11. I work full time in a professional office setting.

I am a musician and I perform regularly with a jazz group. I have been and done many, many things in the fields of education and social work/therapy over the years. This is the best thing of all and I am very happy with it.

42, married, with two kids. This has been a stressful year, and I have put on weight again. PEERTrainer cleanse has worked well for me in the past. I'm looking forward to getting back on track!!

I am a 46 years old, married, no kids, 2 dogs, 2cats. I work crazy hours as a lawyer. I need to take back control of my life and health.

44. Married and mother of 11 year old boy. I am 5'3" and 137 pounds.

I am a 45 year old Chrisitian SAHM. I homeschool 4 children and am married to a wonderful guy.

53 year old female, married 28 years, 2 young adult children. Have lost 60 lbs since August of 2009. Lost 20 pounds since January 9 when I did the New Year's Fresh Start Cleanse. Love to exercise and have an active lifestyle although it is easy for me to slip back into old, bad habits.

I'm a single mom to a DD (Age 6) & work a FT desk job. I struggle with the energy to even get the necessities done so healthy food and exercise often get kicked to the side, although I'm very nutrition label conscious, organic- and GMO-aware, etc. I'm 5'2 with a naturally muscular hourglass build so even at my thinnest I never really felt thin enough. Before pregnancy, my weight fluctuated b/w 117 and 135, but usually settled at 125. I've slowly come down from my pregnancy weight of apx. 180 . Pre-cleanse, the lowest I weighed post-pregnancy was 135 (using RX weight loss drugs), which I didn't maintain long. My first PT cleanse in December 2012 got me down to 132.5, which I also didn't maintain long BUT it helped me realize I can get my weight down I just have to be super patient and clean with my diet. I'm an all or nothing type, and am used to being able to not work out for months then resume and quickly be back at my previous level. That approach has only gotten me shin splints and increased my frustration since becoming a mom :-(

I'm a 42 yr old mother of two boys (12 and 9). I did the cleanse a couple of summers ago and felt great, but slowly bad habits and stress won and I am hoping to get control of my health again and feel vital again.

I have been trying to lose weight since I was 12. I've done things that have worked and things that have not. I've lost significant amounts of weight, but have not yet managed to keep it off. In January 2011, I traveled to Mexico to study for four months. While I was there, I lost 50 pounds by eating mostly non-processed foods (which was so easy there with all the delicious produce!) and exercising A LOT! I felt and looked incredible! While I was in Mexico, I met the love of my life, and we got married in the U.S. in July of 2012. Being in a happy, comfortable marriage, along with going through the stress of planning a wedding in two months, immigration, changing to a new job and city only to get fired one day short of 6 months.. I put back on that 50 pounds that I lost in Mexico. I'm ready to get it off for good! I've found a new job that I love and am very happy at, I have an amazing husband who now has his green card, and I'm ready to put myself and my health first for good. I've been doing the cleanse (eliminating the 7 foods) for about two and a half weeks now, and I am so excited at how manageable this is. I think I finally found something that I can stick to and maintain as a permanent lifestyle change!

I have been working out and thoughtfully eating for 5 years, but never any change. My body is in shape, just not the ultimate shape I think it should be with all that I do.

I am 54 years old and I work with special needs children.

Age 54 ,married, work in daycare. Have two children that are on their own.

Woman in my 50's that gained a large tummy over a two week period (5" gain) about 3 years ago. Medical people cannot explain it, and a whole bunch of tests found nothing. I think it is due to allergy/sensitivity issues, but have not narrowed it down yet. Now, the joint pain has me highly motivated to find the problem and make it stop

I'm 53 years old, a Marketing Executive BF is very supportive of me working out and staying healthy
