44. Married and mother of 11 year old boy. I am 5'3" and 137 pounds.

I am 44, sit way too much at work. I have lost 24 pounds since August following JJs plan and HCG drops off and on. I have once again hit a plateau, so thought this cleanse could help me move forward.

I tend to think of negative and sad events in my life.

42, married, with two kids. This has been a stressful year, and I have put on weight again. PEERTrainer cleanse has worked well for me in the past. I'm looking forward to getting back on track!!

Mom of 6. Work at a middle school. Very busy. 42 years old. Been heavy since 1st child at 27. Have lost 50 pounds and have 30 more to go.

I have been trying to lose weight since I was 12. I've done things that have worked and things that have not. I've lost significant amounts of weight, but have not yet managed to keep it off. In January 2011, I traveled to Mexico to study for four months. While I was there, I lost 50 pounds by eating mostly non-processed foods (which was so easy there with all the delicious produce!) and exercising A LOT! I felt and looked incredible! While I was in Mexico, I met the love of my life, and we got married in the U.S. in July of 2012. Being in a happy, comfortable marriage, along with going through the stress of planning a wedding in two months, immigration, changing to a new job and city only to get fired one day short of 6 months.. I put back on that 50 pounds that I lost in Mexico. I'm ready to get it off for good! I've found a new job that I love and am very happy at, I have an amazing husband who now has his green card, and I'm ready to put myself and my health first for good. I've been doing the cleanse (eliminating the 7 foods) for about two and a half weeks now, and I am so excited at how manageable this is. I think I finally found something that I can stick to and maintain as a permanent lifestyle change!

I am happily married (for almost 30 years!!) I will turn 50 this year - my husband and I have 2 grown boys. I have never really struggled with my weight until the past few years and am finding no matter what I try - it's just a struggle!! Hoping to create some new healthy habits to carry me into the other 1/2 of my life!!

I am 28 years old. I was very thin in high school but lost my ability to not have to do work to keep it off. Now it's a constant effort. I work at a bar and I'm on my feet all day which exhausts me.

I am a wife and mother of 3, grandmother of 6 amd have retired from teaching. I am enjoying life with my husband who has his own issues with his health.

Happily married for 34 years, work full time and love my job, kids are launched but no grandkids yet!

55 years old * Breast cancer survivor - 11 years! Workaholic * I love to quilt * 3 beautiful grandchildren

Semi retired

I'm 47 and single with a full-time job and a serious boyfriend whom I only see on weekends. I've always been an athlete, and always, somehow, on the heavy side.

When I hit 40, I was at 185 and doing well. Then I got an ear infection and did OK but 6 months after getting better and having stopped exercising, the weight started coming on. 4 years later, I am now 50lbs OVER the heaviest I've ever been and discouraged, though still self-confident.

I have a loving boyfriend, but he's a meat-and-potatoes guy. We'd like to start talking about marriage and family, but he's questioning my long-term health if I keep up this lifestyle. He has not yet been witness of what I can do when I put my mind to it!! However, he is behind me 100% and it makes it much easier being able to talk to him about it as well as having to be accountable for my choices in front of him. He has some things he's working on himself, so we're in this together. I am learning to blend our dinners ... we have chicken or burgers and then I make him corn and potatoes and I have a salad and another green veggie.

I'm 57, mom to a teenager, a lawyer at a small government agency, a lesbian, Jewish, like to read a lot, have been struggling with weight issues my whole life.

I am 41, work full time in front of a computer and take on line classes at night. Needless to say, I spend a lot of time on my rear end. Finding time to work out is hard, but I am working on that too. What I'd like to do is get up earlier and work out in the morning.

Mom of 4, full-time student, enjoy running and yoga

5'6" Trying to do paleo, but give in too frequently. Frequent CrossFitter and former runner getting ready to start back up.

Married for 40 years and I'm in outside sales to the Beauty Industry. Started training 9 weeks ago and I've lost 20 but want to lose more!! The FreshStart Cleanse sounds like a good program!!

I'm a 34 year old mother of two crazy cute boys. I am 5' tall (so, if I swallow air I gain weight). I just completed my first 1/2 marathon in January - but have not been very active since.

Just moved 'home' after 20 yrs in GA so I'm running into friends since elementary school on a daily bases. Turning 40 on Super Bowl Sunday (always dislike sharing my birthday with a football game I care nothing about;) Lots of reasons to be motivated. Let's do this!

I'm an RN, working nights in the emergency room. I'm also a single mother to an amazing 14 yr old, who keeps me pretty busy. Since changing to nightshift I have slowly gained 35 pounds. Due to a work related injury and a car accident, I recently had my second back surgery. I used to be an avid martial artist and loved a good workout more than just about anything. Unfortunately, I will probably never be able to exercise that vigorously again. I'm now struggling with my weight, and all my old tricks just don't work anymore.

46, married 10 years. Mother of a 5 and 6 year old boys. I teach full time. After birthing, could not lose the 40 lbs I gained and seem more tired and less focused.

I am 43 years old and am extremely busy person. I have always been somewhat overweight and part of that is just from genetics and my build. Reaching my late 30's and early 40's has really changed my ability to lose weight. I have never had a "belly" just butt & hips! But that 40 thing has started and I struggle constantly. I lost about 25 pounds last fall due to nothing but stress and it is all coming back now. I co-own a restaurant and bar, given up my 20 year career as a transporation industry executive and have gone back to school full time for nursing. I have two children; a 19 yr old daughter in college and a 17 year old son.

I tend to be an emotional eater , and gained about 40 pounds these last 4 years . My goal is to remain motivated So that I can maintain a healthy weight .
