41 years old. I work a lot. The past couple of years I have traveled a lot for work. Making committing to a workout and eating plan difficult. I now work locally, so I've committed to myself to get back to working out and being in shape. I love to cook!

I am 42 years old and have a sedentary job. I love to dance and try to go to gym 3-4 times per week. I am single and don't have any children. I am ready to lose the weight for good!

I'm 48, married 24 years, no kids, no pets, not even a houseplant. (I guess I don't like the idea of responsibility for a living thing :-) My husband and I like to eat out and travel - not ideal for losing weight. I work as an analyst and therefore, sit - a lot! My company has a fitness room, but I would rather be caught dead than sweating in front of co-workers.

I'm in my early 50s, married, no kids. I'm lucky enough to have the time to make some positive changes now.

I'm 66 years old, 267 lb, with high blood pressure and diabetes (controlled on meds). I have daily arthritis pain in knees, legs, ankles and feet from carrying all this weight. In fact, I had to retire early from a medical transcription career due to arthritis of the tailbone!

I am 45 years old and an a generally active, healthy, fit person. I struggle with binge eating (SUGAR!) and trigger foods that lead me down the ugly path of self loathing (and weight gain).

I am 72 years old. I just went back to work after 7 months of recovering from a pulmonary embolism. I am a public defender, love my job and really hope that eating clean, eating real food, and losing weight will allow me to get off oxygen. A portable oxygen concentrator gives me the ability to do my job. However, it slows me down, is awkward and I feel old with it. I . know, I am old by most people's standards but I didn't feel old before this happened.

Curvy is right!! And I suppose you can add tall to that as well. Am a 5'11" 230lb 27 year old who played a lot of sports growing up and have fallen away from how active I used to be. I have ALWAYS carried a lot of both fat and muscle in my thighs and would like to slim them WAY down. Enjoy my curves...to a point, but have realized I am not at all happy with my current size and need some support along this road.

I am 48 years old, married stay at home mom who recently has been "retired" due to an empty nest. I am fairly healthy in my habits but have struggled with weight most of my adult life (although not in a big way... always trying to get off the 5-8 pounds) I exercise regularly; walking, zumba, elliptical trainer and have finally added in circuit training ( I really enjoy aerobic exercise but the weight lifting... not so much)

I'm a registered dental hygienist and certified nutritionist. I am trying this cleanse because I want to learn more about it and trust JJ. I did try a cleanse with good results but I learned from JJ the importance of the amino acids during a cleanse, so I am putting myself through hers for 14 days. I also want to be able to speak with my own clients about this from good experience.

July 2011 was the start of the downward spiral of health and the increase in weight. I was approx 75kg and weight has fluctuated. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Chrons and CFS. I feel terrible and am annoyed that I'm putting on weight.

I am 33 years old, recently married, living in the UK. I love acting, sewing and living in different cultures. I need to lose about 30 pounds, I would like to start running again, but am a bit scared to since I tore the cartilage in my knee last time I trained for a 10km run. I currently do Zumba twice a week and walk a bit but am looking to really increase this.
