I have struggled with weight issues all my life. As I am approaching 40 I want to feel young, look young, and be comfortable in my body. I have an amazing job, great friends, and a baby boy dog whom I love dearly. I want to be healthy so that I can enjoy any experience and I want to be confident in my own skin.

mother of three boys now all in 20's, time for me to get back into shape for future grandchildren and just because it is right to do

Soon-to-be 82-year old, too rapidly slowing, retired professor.

I am 59 yr old female married o children. Enjoy beading, my 5 pomeranians and collecting crystals. Losing weight is practically a hobby since I have most diet books ever written and tried most of them. I lose weight feel deprived and gain it back, Wish I never tasted pepsi, chips, cake and fried foods. If my lifestyle was just the healthy non processed health foods I know I would never had a weight problem. Of course I probably have emotional issues causing me to choose all the crap foods.

43 year old mother of 2. Stay at home mom.

I am 35 and single with no kids. My dog is my kid : ) I have been carrying around an extra 45 lbs or so for almost 5 years now. I been down some but always end up back up. I am stuck in a huge rut, I am hoping some support will help. Cravings and laziness end up being my downfall.

56 year old female, wife and mother of 2 sons, both now out of high school and living on their own together while continuing their education. Not nearly as much stress as when they were both in high school. Work full time at a desk. Have always been active, even if "just" walking.

49 year old female, who struggles to maintain a healthy weight. I seem to vacillate from an almost overweight place to carrying an extra 20 - 30 pounds. I'm pretty health conscious and get a good supply of good, healthy food, but over-indulge on the not so healthy food and struggle to stick to a regular exercise routine. When I'm on top of my game and exercise regularly, weight gain is not a problem. Divorced professional, happy with my work and my relationships.

31 year old female, been on and off weight watchers for the past few years, recently left a stressful job that lead to a lot of over eating (due to stress), which lead to additional weight gain. Would love to lose the weight that was gained plus a little more.

retired --73 years old -- but consider myself more fit and younger looking than my age -- was diagnosed with celiac disease at age 60, which explained many health issues I'd encountered-- because of these troubles have always been interested in holistic and out-of-the box medical approaches would like to feel the best I can and have the best quality of life during the time I have left have been into holistic and out-of-the box health

A 40-year-old mom of two with a crazy busy life.

I am a 53 year old wife married 32 years, mother, grandmother, Registered Nurse who has been on almost every diet imaginable. I am great at losing weight but even greater at gaining it. I truly have not been successful in losing weight in 7 years. I just have had no motivation. This needs to stop. My knees bother me, my back hurts, and I have this belly I never had before. I need to reclaim my body.
