My name is John. i recently turned 30 years old November of this year. I have lost over 100 lbs in about a year and a half. It has been such a difficult but gratifying journey. I am joining this site to hopefully get some help and perhaps offer help to others who may need support. I was able to get down to 160lbs, but unfortunately lately i have been struggling with emotional eating, and have spiked back up to 180lbs. i cannot seem to identify the source of my eating and need help being held accountable for my actions. Anything you could do to help me i will pay back with the same support and kindness.
