I am 16 years old and a Junior at Ozark. I cheer and do crossfit. I used to be a gymnast and played a lot of different sports. Love working out and facing new challenges.

I'm 37 yo, I'm a homehealth aide by profession, I'm a part-time student= few hours in the day for exercise.

Working for media has made it very important to me personally to appear and feel my confident best. I love to be out partying and working, socializing, and feeling n looking my best. Sadly, this hasn't been the case since many years now. I hope this place will help me find the right motivation on a consistent scale.

I am 35 years old. I have two boys ages 9 and 5. I am a reading specialist and am virtually a single mother as my husband works 2nd-3rd shift. I need motivation and accountablility or I'll quit.

I'm a 42-year-old wife, high school teacher, and mom of five- and six-year-old boys. I love much about my life: I feel I am a good spouse and mother. I love teaching and care very much about my students. I believe I am well-liked and respected among my peers. On the flip side, I have struggled with body image most of my adult life, and my weight has been steadily climbing for about the last 15 years, including a real spike the two years when I was pregnant with each of my sons. I have tried diets and accountability programs, but I have not proven to have the endurance and determination for significant and long-lasting results.

I've struggled with weight my whole life and have tried virtually every diet. Binge eating at night has always been my struggle. I finally got control over my weight after graduating college, but I still battle with a 15 lb fluctuation. It's MUCH better than years ago (50 lbs off, 60 lbs on....) but I would love to get back to my goal weight. In addition, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 1998 and struggle with pain and fatigue. I can work through the pain, but the fatigue gets to me and prevents me from exercising when I need it the most! I want to lose about 10-15 lbs and be in a routine of healthy eating and exercise.

I have a pretty clean diet. Never fried food, never fast food, ever. But I was eating whey (dairy) protein and protein bars until I looked at it one day and it hit me how processed it was. ew.

I turned 58 in October. I am married with no children. I am partially retired and like to travel. I was overweight as a child and grew out of it at the age of 16. Around the age of 32, I started adding a bit of weight each year and have been at my present 240 lbs for around 10 years. I am obese and I am starting to feel discomfort in my ankles and knees. In the past, I have lost 20 lbs. by changing my diet but get bored and gain it back.

My health really began to take a turn for the worse when I was in graduate school, newly married and not having any friends or family around. I ate horrible and ate things to keep my energy up...pop, cookies etc., was stressed, lonely (lived in the middle of no where with no friends/family and my husband was often gone at work until late) and newly married. I was diagnosed with PCOS, and Hashimoto's thyroiditis, fibromyalgia and depression. All that to say, I gained over 100 lbs in the process and feel yucky!!

I am a mommy to 4 beautiful girls, ages 14, 12, 10 and 6. I am engaged to a wonderful man and will be married this coming year. I work 10 hour overnights at a residential facility for high risk youth, making having family time and personal time hard. I am trying to fit in exercising. I am scared for my health.

I am a 23 year old woman who is at risk of becoming a diabetic due to both my weght and the fact that diabetes runs in my family. I am hypoglycemic and also have a family history of heart problems. I am already borderline diabetic and I know I need help and support in losing weight because I don't have alot of support at home since neither my father nor my sisters want to go work out with me and I just lose interest when I try to do it alone. I also don't wish to feel as if I'm carrying a whole other person with me wherever I go. I mean I can get up from kneeling on the floor at work and hear my knees, shins, and ankles make popping sounds as if they are going to snap under the weight that they are trying to lift. Having weak ankle bone structure anyway doesn't help either.

I struggle with making myself exercise, and I have a huge sweet tooth and I am an emotional eater. Hi I'm lillie I'm 22 years old I have no kids and I've been married for 3 years, I want to enjoy my life which I do but i would enjoy it more if I lose weight. I need help.

I am 25, 5'9", and am told that I am "big-boned." People tell me I will never be a size 6, or under 165 pounds. I want to prove them wrong! In April of 2011, before earning my Bachelor degree, I weighed in at 196 pounds. Enough was enough! As I finish my graduate studies and find myself with [relatively] more time, I am currently floating in the mid-high 170s with irregular exercise and a [slightly] improved diet. I would like to be in the low 160s. I want to push into the 145 range, but that will take time, consistency, and dedication.
