I am married and have a 16 yr old son. I have 2 jobs and used to be athletic. I want that back.

I'm 59, happily married, no children, work a full time job that I love, but that is very sedentary and also requires an hour commute each way. I do love exercise, especially walking and yoga, but have been sporadic with both for the last few years. This is partly due to my schedule, but I've also developed bad habits I want to replace with good ones.

Retired but like to run, bike and golf.

I'm a 31-year-old mother of two (3 and 19 mo) who has been a weight-yo-yo her whole life. I need help with motivation and accountability, especially with the demands of two young children constantly looming :)

I am an artist and art teacher, 31 years old, active and keep within a normalish weight range for my height. At my current weight I can afford to loose ten pounds which will hopefully help reduce inflammation in my achilies tendon. I love to run and to exercize in general. I plan on completeing the New York marathon in 2013 and reducing inflammation in my joints and tendons is key to completing this run pain free.

I am a 57 year old female. I have neglected my health for the past 15 years. Prior to moving to Florida to take care of ailing parents, I lived in NYC and Seattle where I ate well and exercised and enjoyed living a very active lifestyle. Sadly, my caregiving duties and dissatisfaction with life in general somehow gave me permission to neglect my health and my self esteem. I've decided to take my life back, and I've lost 30 pounds since June by not eating bread, and cutting down on night eating.

I'm a female near mid-life who has tried many life changes to lose weight. I exercise regularly, eat clean, and struggle with losing weight. I am currently in a plateau and am looking for a way to get through it.

I just turned 46 a mother of three boys ages 10, 16 and 20. I never had a problem with weight until my twenties and I would do the yo-yo dieting to keep my weight in control. After a life changing event 9 years ago my weight just continues to increase. I have tried everything and am to the point of thinking maybe I should just keep gaining so I can get the lapband surgery. I know deep down that is not the right attitude and a friend sent me the link to PEERtrainer and I am going to go for it!

I am 58, married 27 years to my best friend. I have 2 kids 20 and 24. I have a home-based craft business and love creating. I joined WW in January of 2008, lost 50 lbs in a year and then joined the staff of Weight Watchers where I now work as a receptionist and love every minute of it!

I'm a 42 y.o. mom of 2, DD17 and DS12. I work part-time. I'm 5'4" and 153 pounds, with a goal of losing 10 pounds before this Christmas.

I'm a 35-year-old professional, a foodie and great cook who loves to exercise and is quite fit despite still needing to drop about 20 pounds. I have successfully lost 35 or so pounds on Weight Watchers over the past few years and right now am bouncing between 154 and 160. I want to break through 150 and ultimately get into the low 130s. It would feel like a miracle, but I know I can do it.

I am 53 and like to be active. I divorced 2.5 years ago and am recovering from an abusive relationship. I have two boys, ages 18 and 20 who are also recovering. I love the nutritional information and scientific facts provided. The PONR program was awesome and helped so much as an emotional support

38 year old wife and mom of 3 (ages 12, 11 & 7). I work full time and have just returned to the office, after working from home for 3 years. I have been successful on weight watchers and low-carb eating plans. I am 5'7" and reached my goal of 145 on both plans WHEN I followed them. Unfortunately, over the past several months, my eating habits have been unhealthy and my waistline and overall feeling of well-being have suffered as a result of these choices. I've done a lot of reading on the Paleo way of eating as well as all of the great resources here about the cleanse and foods to avoid. I'm hoping that knowledge and the results will help me be successful in changing my way of thinking about food.

I'm a stay at home mom with 3 beautiful energetic children. I teach a class or two at a local college for "phun." All my children will be in school this year, so... no more excuses -- it's time for the point of no return.

I'm 49 and my goal is to feel healthy and fit.. I struggle with motivation to exercise. My thyroid fights me contantly so I am trying to figure out the best eating plan that works for my body. I love all vegtables and generally eat healthy. Occasional over do it on chocolate and sweets if within reach. Moderation is not a stregnth. Work in progress...

I have a pretty clean diet. Never fried food, never fast food, ever. But I was eating whey (dairy) protein and protein bars until I looked at it one day and it hit me how processed it was. ew.
