"A year from now you'll wish you had started today." - Karen Lamb
I'm 28, I'm gluten free and I feel much better for it, unfortunately it doesn't actually help a person lose weight unless you actually cut down grains. I'm ten pounds up from my last log in to peer trainer. I received an email from jackie selling her "magic fridge" on sale and I bought it. I think I can do this! Lately I've been eating out every meal. Literally every meal. I need some support.
I'm a 25 year old college student with a very busy schedule. Besides school, i train Muay Thai, work full time, and i cycle. My goal is to go down weight to fight, but most importantly to feel good, be healthy, and make this a life long deal.
I am 45 have been overweight most of my life. Always looking for that next new diet plan. Tired of feeling tired, having aching joints and not enjoying how I feel or look.
Im a self-employed, married, mother of two active boys. Who up until recently would have described myself as a hardcore gymn enthusiast. A few months ago I felt the urge to stop, put all on hold (or as much as one can) and take stock of my whole life. I made alot of changes. One of the things I realized was that I was no longer working out for the sheer joy of it. I stopped going to the gymn. I decided that I needed to take authentic steps that really represented me and fed my soul and spirit. So after months of much soul searching ( which continues) I decided that I would do activities that I love and it would not be about killin myself on a treadmill. So I have taken up salsa, tennis, and yoga, returned to running and have just returned to the gymn but not with the same verasity I had in the past. Feels different.. we'll see.
I'm 20 and in college but I have been struggling with my weight since I was in elementary school. Lately I have had some stomach problems and I really would like to feel healthy.
Currently, I have been doing a 80/20, well more like 60/40 Paleo diet. This is my diet of choice, so I don't want people telling me that it is not right. I am overwight, have lost approximately 25lbs in 11 weeks- not great I know, but overall I have probably shifted around 4 stone. I have been up and down, trying different diets including weight watchers and slimming world. Came off but it isn't a sustainable lifestyle. Plus I worry about all the chemicals that are in abundance in these types of diets. I prefer fresh, non-chemically enhanced food on a daily basis, but extremely partial to cheating- if I am honest.I do boxing training twice a week and am currently training for a 5k run for charity.

I am a 40 year old mother of two boys (10 and 12). I am looking to be committed to not going over a certain number of calories every day and doing some type of exercise every day. As long as my clothes continue to fit... I get very lazy and don't follow through.
