I live in Montreal with my boyfriend. I work in schools with children with special needs. I am doing a bachelors degree in education to teach English as a second language.

I guess it's time to do a little updating, although there really isn't much to do update. I am 31 years old now and currently not working and having a hard time finding a job which really makes me feel depressed. Which isn't a good thing when you're trying to lose weight in my opinion.

I'm a 34 year old gay male living in San Francisco with my partner of 2 and half years. I am about to start a new job which consists of mostly sitting but the office is close to the gym. I've been on Weight Watchers since the first week of January and have lost a total of 9 lbs. so far.

I am 23 years old, engaged to be married next October and work full time NIGHTS, at a hospital on a medical surgical/oncology/palliative care unit. Can you say emotionally draining... Oh yeah, I'm an RN<---relatively new grad from last May so my emotions/nerves are all over creation. Hand in hand with my eating habits/activity.

39, English Teacher, Married, No Pets, No Kids, Also, I've always struggled with a weight problem (practically since birth, and that's NOT an exaggeration)

I'm a church librarian, mom of 2 college age daughters. I've been married to my high school sweetie for 23 + years. I'm lazy and love junk food, but LOVE to cook. I'm working on cooking healthy food for the family.

I am a 28 y-old mothers of a 3 y-old son and 1 y-old daugther and expecting to be pregnant again this year. i am married since 5 years. i live in Japan, but i am Canadian. I am a stay-at-home mother and love to be with my children and we go out everyday to the park, zoo, or other places like that.

19, female, university student. I like doing group sports but I don't participate as often as I'd like to because of school and work. Working out alone is okay but I tend to lose concentration and motivation after a while because no one is watching/monitoring me. I have a lung condition (asthma) that makes it a bit harder for me to work out. I'm an avid videogamer so working out is not exactly something I do for fun.. It feels more like a chore.

I'm a self employed professional and have a home based office. I have struggled with wieght issues most of my life. I have lost the same 40 to 50 pounds a few times. A few years ago, after losing alot of weight, my boyfriend got me into working out regularly and I got really fit and felt great, and kept my wieght down. But after getting so busy with my business, I haven't been to the gym in over a year and a half and he hasn't been there in quite a while either, but he really hasn't gained weight, while I on the other hand have stacked it on. So here I go again .... back to fight the battle and this time I want to win the war! I want to make healthy choices, healthy life style changes and stay commited to working out, so I never have to be on a "diet" again.

I am a undergrad student. I used to be very health concious as a freshmen and this year I have simply stopped following rules I used to follow and slacked on working out. I have gained like 15 lbs, and its got to go.

Stay at home mother of 1 five year old boy. I lift weights in a barbell class 2 times/week and do step aerobics 2 times/ week (total 4 hours/week). I am at the top of my healthy weight range at 5'8 1/2 and about 20 pounds over what I want to weigh. I would be happy enough just losing 10 pounds by making better choices.

Single mom of 4 now 2 are out on own. Really have many things keeping me away from taking care of myself. I am back to only getting enjoyment from eating. I need to find other ways to relieve my stress and feelings of overwhelming. I am tired of having to do everything alone. I am finding is so hard lately.

I am a 52 year old professional who has struggled with my weight all of my adult life. :(

46 years old (47 in August.) Single. No kids. One dog. Two cats. Enjoy scrapbooking and creating handmade cards. I also love to swim!

I am a 46yo single mom of a very active 11yo daughter. I clean houses to pay my bills, so i dont sit at a desk all day . I have spent the last fews years dealing with a catastrophic health issue(not mine) and therefore haven't had any time for me... to eat right or get any exercise. Now its time for me to change my life and eat and live more healthy.

I am a collage student and my weight has been up and down, but now it is staying up and not going down anytime soon. I am a very out going person and I love being around children. A lot of people know me and they always have great things to say about me ,but now its like more like. OH what happen to you? Are you pregnant? I am plain miserable.

Early 30s, trying to lose 10-15 pounds and get in shape before I think about having kids. I love to cook and although I do cook fairly healthy meals, I just eat too much!

I am 27 years old. I am currently 208lbs and don't like it at all. I am a community based family therapist, so I am often on the move dealing with other people's problems. I am guitly of letting my job take over, and not dedicating enough time to my self and my goals.

I had lost 30 lbs and kept if off for 4 years. Recently have had the pleasure of our new grandbaby living with us and kept making the choice to stay home with her and play instead of going to the gym....now 7 months later I am 15 lbs heavier and went up a size in clothing. Ugh....Baby is still here for yet a while. But can't keep putting this off. I really do like to eat healthy and exercise, but need a jump start.

I am newly married (2years) and 39 years old. We have no kids, but one very spoiled dog. We are super active in our personal life and my professional life involves a great deal of travel and that has been my biggest challenge losing.

26/single/engineer currently living in the bay area. I Was recently laid off and i am currently unemployed. I love to be active and hate staying at home. I lost 40 lbs. During the winter but gained it all back after i lost my job!!!

I'm 39 and Live in San Jose, Ca. I have always struggled with keeping in good shape becasue of other priorities in life. I'm currently going through some life changes which could potentialy derail my efforts (Divorce, Career Change, ect.) About 4 years ago I lost 40 lbs and am have bounced back a bit. I've helped several friends lose significant amounts of weight and now need to take some of my own advice and get refocused. I've always enjoyed weight lifting and have made significant progress throughout the years only to have time limitations take me away from my goal of getting into peek shape. I want to make a serious effort to reach these goals by my 40th birthday in Sept. My vices are wine (a tough one now living in Northern cal.) and Pizza (an even tougher one having come from NYC). If I stay away from these it is much easier to stay on track.

I fix computers. I used to like food a little to much. Now I like the good foods. I still struggle a lot. I have learned that grain foods that are high in fiber are filling and wont let you get hungry. I love Kashi cereals. I also learned that when you look at the end result you fail. I have learned that one pound at a time. It is more realistic and more achievable.

I am a stay at home mom with 3 kids. An almost 5 year old daughter, a 9 year old son, and a 17 year old daughter. We always have company over so I cook for a houseful! My husband and I recently celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary and I turn 40 in a little over a month. We live in Central California. I enjoy spending time at the park with the kids, reading, Starbucks coffee, and Friday night date nights with my husband.

I'm 28 years old, and I currently live in WA. My husband is a submariner in the US Navy and we have been married for 4 years. I currently work as a mediator/counselor for a non-profit here in WA. I love to read, watch TV and movies, cook, decorate, and shop. I have no kids, but two very spoiled chihuahuas.

I'm 24 years old, about 5ft 6 and as a result of illness recently gained a lot of weight. I've managed to lose about half of it now but am really struggling with this last little bit. I'm fairly active but find it hard not to eat the same food as my (skinny) partner which probably doesn't do me any favours. Oh, I live in the UK :)

22-year-old college student. Lost about 40 pounds since this time last year. I felt good about it for a long time, and worked hard to maintain my weight. The plan has been falling apart as of late, though, but I'm trying to get it back together. href="http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wtX93lq/">

35 year old, married with 2 boys (4 & 13 months) and just went back to work after a year of mat. leave. I live on the East Coast of Canada.

I am a single 46 year old artist with 4 cats. I have Chronic Myofascial pain. It is difficult to exercise. My extra weight tends to be around my belly or as Dr. Oz has now informed us all, my omentum. Got to love Dr. Oz. I am tired of being asked if I am pregnant. I can't fit into the nice clothes I want to. I have had this problem for about 10 years now. I lost 20 pounds after doing the Atkins diet, but put it back on when i started back at bad habits.

I've been married 38 years, I have 4 grown children and 6 grandchildren. I'm involved in ministry and teach art a both an After School Program and a Homeschool enrichment group. Hopefully I will teach art @ a Christian School that is in the making.

Just moved and ready to look the way I feel. Need a little motivation, so why not get back onto PeerTrainer. Will probably be starting Weight Watchers soon, so I figured I should revamp that option with this free one!

Female, 27 years old, full-time library science master's student, half-time receptionist at Dr.'s office. Stuck in front of a computer most of the day. Thanks ONLY to good genes I'm technically not overweight according to my BMI, but my ratio of fat-to-muscle is way off...and I'm just not in shape. My clothes and my knees say I could stand to lose 15 lbs. or so. Doesn't sound like much, but I've never had to think about what I eat before, EVER, so this is a brand-new experience for me. My diet is alright (probably a little butter-heavy; I love to cook), but NEED to exercise to deal with stress, depression and inactivity.

I am a post-grad student currently living abroad. I enjoy activities and have fallen in love with Pilates. But I recently had a fall while jogging and fractured my elbow. I'm now on a slow and steady path to getting in shape again.

42, single, love to cook, dont make the time to eat right or workout on a regular basis. Tournament level tennis player, was 230-240 most of last year, but packed on the weight since January - major knee surgery. Sober for 3+ years and active member of AA.

I am a single mom of two wonderful boys, 14 and 21. I teach 8th grade literature and love it. I enjoy traveling, cooking and reading. I have lots of friends and feel very blessed in my life. I'm the eternal optimist and believe that most things are possible if you want them badly enough.

Almost 20 and half way through University. I have always needed to lose weight but felt ashamed to try at home, these years away are my chance! I want to go back to Colorado/California and live the life i always dreamed, without the extra weight.

I'm 32 years old, married with no children. I enjoy working, traveling, and playing on the computer. Oh, and I LOVE baking. :-(

Im 17 and a junior in high school. I am on the dance team. I am one of the heavier ones on the team and would just feel more comfortable if i was more fit. Losing weight is a hard thing to do while in high school because most of my friends can eat the most unhealthiest foods and never gain anything, but I could never do that. Good luck everyone!

H- I am a freshman in college and I let my studies get in the way of being healthy and now I am paying for it. In highschool I was a part of the cross country team as well as the track team so I am not afraid of a bit of hard work. My mom (J) is also wanting to lose some weight as well so she will be my workout buddy. She is a mother of two who spent 15 years as a stay at home mom. Recently she got a job at the local library and is just as determined to lose weight as I am.

I am 21 years old finishing my senior year of college. I am a full time student, part-time employee, and full-time girlfriend. I have started to struggle with my weight as a senior in high school. I always seem to be attempting something but never sticking to it. I have gained over 40lbs since graduating high school.

Married almost 10 years, 2 children 4 yr old & 4 mo old, American woman living in Shanghai, China since 2005. I love to sing, dance, travel, be a mom, do pilates and play. I have been a pilates instructor since 2000, but took time off last year while pregnant. I need to lose this baby fat and get in shape to start teaching at the studio again.

I am 20 years old. I am a Unified Childhood/Special Education Major with a concentration in Health Science. I was always active growing up , I played soccer, volleyball, and lacrosse. I moved to Rochester about 3 years ago, and my weight sprung (highest at 174 around Feb 2007), I was inactive, lazy, and just ate whatever I wanted. I started playing lacrosse again in March 2007, the weight came off a bit since then. I transferred schools and I am training right now to play lacrosse there. So my starting weight January 2 was 163. Right now I am hovering around 157.

i'm in my heaviest weight. i'm embarrassed and ashamed to admit how much i weigh. i never imagined that i would be like this. i'm just getting started and i know anytime soon i'll be able to say how much i really weigh without feeling ashamed. it's my fault that i'm like this and it's high time i do something about it.

I am 49 5'5" I did so good for so long and then when I started having back problems and then foot problems I had to quit running and the pounds just came rushing back on. Do not even want to talk about where my weight is now but I am addressing that.

I have a huge interest in fitness and nutrition. I'm blessed to work with the girls at High NRG for we are always encouraging each other and helping one another with fitness and nutrition. I plan to continue with it in the future and hopefully make a difference in many lives!

I am 27 years old, married, and have a wonderful little boy. When I actually go to the gym I like it- alot. I need motivation and encouragement. I didn't really have anyone to talk to about my weight and overeating till I met some great friends on peertrainer! I've been dieting my whole life. I think that is why it is sooooo hard to lose weight this time (after having my son). I think I just need support from people who understand me and who also need support and motivation. I NEED TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT FOR ME!!!!

A woman of 61, great husband, stepmom and grandmom. Work as a public health nurse supervisor with women and children. Love the outdoors, roses, critters and cooking. Have always had the challenge of needing to lose weight.

I am a busy graduate student in her late 20s trying to lead a healthier, sustainable active lifestyle. I managed to lose 15 lbs on PT, but gained it all back after I took a "break" over my summer travels. I'm trying to return to my goal weight and get this exercise regimen back into my life.

Wife, mother of 3, nurse, and student.

I am 25 and work at a PR agency. I am training for my second season of triathlons.

25 y/o, female, 5'9-10, goal weight: 150-160, starting weight: 307

26 year old female. I am not quite overweight, but I would really like to look a little more slim and toned, and be more comfortable with my body. I haven't been wearing a bikini to the beach for probably twelve years, and I think it's time I do it this summer.

Early 30s female, married, two kids, two dogs, full-time job and home to maintain and manage. I'm a second generation Asian American who loves traditional home cooking but enjoys foods from all over the world. As a teen, I was pretty active in sports playing volleyball, basketball, cross-country and track...since then, have mainly been an runner. My oldest is 11 and youngest is 8 both with vastly different taste buds but agree that "I'm the greatest cook"...LOL. As I mention under the "My Goal" section, I love to bake...and I normally bake with all the "traditional" ingredients like flour, butter, sugar and chocolate. I'm willing to change out some of these ingredients but am not willing to give up "taste". I've experimented with honey, applesauce, wheat flour, oatmeal and dried fruit and to most accounts have come up with some pretty tasty treats. I'm looking for more advice and suggestions to try...in addition, I think changing what I eat will help get my energy levels up...without the artifical inductions. Looking forward to meeting people with the same goals.

I'm 22,   I moved to Dubai from the UK 8 months ago.  I was already in pretty bad shape,  but the life style out here has caused me to put on an additional 14 pounds since I've been here.  Once i get into a habit of working out i really enjoy it.  I like dancing, going out with friends, and generally having a good time.

I'm 27 years old, My first year married....I gained 88 lbs...and now i go for the rest...45 lbs.

Living in the Great Wet North, attempting to heal my gut, get active and gain healthy weight. Knitter/spinner/weaver, eclectically religious, Abe-Hicks fan, "Flybaby," wannabe gourmet nutritarian, fitbit user, mildly cat obsessed, recovering sugar addict & screen addict... I am new and still trying to figure out how this works!

I am63. Mother of 5,grandma to 8. I have 2 mini schnauzers. My favorite exercise is walking. I like to sew, some. And I do decorative painting, and play the piano. Not all at the same time.LOL.I volunteer at the church thrift store, work 1 day at the adult home and am a church decon. I like makeing new friends, especially with same interests.

Im a 24 yr old, who absolutely loves food and cooking!! I've always struggled with my weight but in the last two years I've put on 42lbs!! (After moving in with the boyf) Im 5.5 and I am currently 161lbs. I want to get back down to 130lbs. My weight gets me down all day long every day and I need to do something about it now! My struggle is with staying motivated and finding different recipes to keep me from picking at junk food!

Stay at home mom for nine years, three kids from 16 - 5, loving, handsome, and supportive husband. Have never done anything like this on the computer before, so any tips on using this site to its full potential are welcome.

Father of 2 trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle

I'm 33 and started gaining the weight about ten years ago when I switched from very active, on-my-feet jobs and an active lifestyle to sitting at a desk all day. I'm married without kids, but with a cat and two rats. My husband used to be a Marine but put on 80lbs during cancer treatments, so he's in the same boat I am!

49 yr old married woman, no kids, one cat. Living in a new part of the country and not adapting really well to it.

I am sahm with a loving hubby and one extremely active son. I am one project away from my master in computer science, and one of these day, I am going to finish it. My son has been diagnosed with mild Asperger, so my days have been spent on trying to help my son be confident with himself. Through this, I find myself interested in creating educational programs and systems to help other kids to learn to love learning as well. Most days my time is spent creating and tweaking software game and program, to make sure that it not only increases children attention but also their retention rate.

I’m 24 from kent, England. I’m trying to get healthy and active & loose 1 or 2 stone. I’ve always done faddy diets before, which fail after a few weeks if not days, and i’ve gotten into the cycle of beating myself up over failing diets, emotional eating etc etc. This is the first time i’ve lot weight through healthy eating and exercise (i‘ve lost about 3 stone since January this year and have another 1 or 2 to go). I don’t want to be counting calories, but i’d like to keep a check on here of what i’m eating and what exercise i’m doing, to keep me motivated and maybe meet a few new people. I love to cook, mainly healthy food, tho i make a fabulous cheesecake. I have the odd treat, but still find it a bit hard not to beat myself up about it afterwards... but hopefully i’ll get there. I try and get to the gym about 3 times a week, i also do swimming when i can and i’ve just invested in a Pilates dvd. I’m trying to start running but i’m finding it a real struggle and not a pleasurable experience if i’m honest, I‘ve completed a 5 mile and a 5k run but i walked about half of both, its something i’d really like to do so i’m going to persist with it. I’ve applied for the london marathon next year and am going to do the ASPIRE swim the channel challenge in September.

I am 48 years old, a performing arts teacher and mom to a 9 year old girl wonder. I I got to work out much more before motherhood and have a good foundation of healthy eating habits. Still, I tend to gain about ten lbs every three years or so and then I try to whip myself back into shape. I'm midway through the whipping now. I've gone from 145 to 138 lbs over the past month and would like to get down to between 130 and 133.

I am 33yrs old, have no children and am not married but have a wonderful boyfriend of 3 1/2 yrs. I have just moved to Texas from California 2 months ago and there is so much to do here, its a very active place with lots of sun and I want to get in the habit of being active instead of the same habit of being to tired to do anything but watch tv or surf the internet. So i figured a new place is the perfect time to get into new routines.

I am 23 years old and I have the most awesome 3 year old little girl that i love to death...and that is why, well that is part of why i am making the choice to change the lifestyle i am living... About 7 months ago my father had a mild heart attack and that woke me up...he was only 52 so that means yes it is genetic...also my grandfather on my mothers side died of a heart attack about 5 years ago at the age of 69 ....sooo i now have heart disease and high blood pressure on both sides of my family...WAKE UP CALL...so i feel like i really need to do something about this now...i have ALWAYS had a weight issue and i know that its something i am just ganna have to deal with...but i think i am finally ready to start making the change! ;) i am 5'9 and my highest weight was after i had my daughter, 250lbs... when i got here to europe about a year ago...and slowly i have been working on it...i am now 220lbs and i am ganna keep going until i have met my goal! and for once i am excited about it!!! :) currently living in Europe and my return date back to the states is Oct of 09 and i would LOVE to be able to come back home (San Antonio TX) and be look'n and feel'n great!

I just moved back home to Anchorage, Alaska from Antioch, California. It's been such a wonderful change and it's so good to be back! I'm 26 years old, will be 27 in May. I am determined to get healthy! Very little animal fats for me!

Working on the real reasons why I've been fat since the age of eight. SAHM of two young boys and putting myself first on the list for the first time and it feels great! I'm an artist that's making time to be creative for the first time in years and loving it! It's funny how life has a way of 'taking over' and you can easily lose yourself. NO MORE EXCUSES! My Blog: http://www.sonyaslosingit.com/

I am a graduate student at Harvard. I just moved to the US from Israel and wants this new start to be a healthy start.

I am a college student that enjoys healthy food.

20 years old, college student who totally lost it after coming back home with parents. Lost weight dorming and gained it all back and more when I left!

Im from Vancouver BC. 24 years old. I am short and big and I want to be short and small. i used to not care what I looked like till last winter. Ever since then I have been awful to myself. I eat whatever and whenever I can and I think thats what is screwing me up.

I am in my late twenties, and I am blessed to be able to stay at home with my two kiddos! They are 15 months apart!!! It's a blast and a handful, but I love my domestic life!

I had my son at 45 after many years of trying. Bad back and first signs of old age make it hard for me to keep up with the lively lad. I know my fat is aging and I hate it when people ask whether I'm his grandmother. I work from home (I teach Applied Linguistics) and spend too many hours in front of a computer. Hobbies include cooking and knitting.

I'm a 26 year old recent college graduate currently working for a law firm in Oregon. I gradually gained some weight in college and really started chubbin up with an office job. Too much sitting.

I joined peertrainer in April of 08 and have lost about 20 pounds so far. My current weight hovers around 180 but I would love to see that number drop in 2009.

I feel so much better about myself when I am working hard in all areas of my life, and maintaining good health should top the list! I want to be the best I can be, not some chubby girl who sits in an office all day wishing she had a life. Heckkkk no.

"I love to see a young girl go out and grab the world by the lapels. Life's a bitch. You've got to go out and kick ass." - Maya Angelou

I could stand to lose 20+ pounds, but my main emphesis is eating and staying healthy.

I am 24 years old and graduated from college in '07, where I majored in Bio and Psyc. I am going back to get my MS in Counseling Psychology in September 09. I also work in psychology research. I live in Boston with my boyfriend of 6 years. I am really into living a healthy lifestyle and trying to be as 'Green' as possible, and hope to use that to try and loose weight. I have struggled with weight as long as I can remember, and lost about 40lbs my sophomore year of college. Since then I haven't been the 'fat girl' anymore, but I still struggle with the habits that got me there. Hoping to make changes that last for good so I can get the last 20-ish lbs lost!!

I am a full-time student and in a relationship of 2 years.

My name is Jennifer, 28 years old. I have an 8 year old boy. I 'm a marketing coordinator and absolutely love my job. My goals is to lose 16 pounds, 1 pound per week and build life long healthy habbits.

I'm 38 years old, married with three kids. My oldest child is a 21year old male, middle child is a 16 years old male, and my baby girl is five years old. I was just diagnosed with hypoglycemia after two months straight of headaches, shakiness, dizziness or light-headedness, heart palpitations, nervousness, sleepiness, weakness, difficulty speaking, hunger(the feeling of needing food but not a felling of hunger), sudden moodiness or behavior changes,(such as crying for no apparent reason and anger more intense that the moment called for),Clumsy or jerky movements. I want it all to stop also I'm worried about my health and the health of my family because my father is full blood Creek and has Diabetes. This condition is considered pre-diabetic so I need to change my life style now. Also my daughter is only five and is over weight so I need to learn to help her without making her feel bad about herself.

I'm 39 year old female and would like to be healthy in my forties!

I have an issue with my weight. to give you an idea, i'll tell you about my weight fluctuations. At the age of 12 i was usually 120 lbs give and take, at 13 i was usually 132 lbs give and take, at age 14 before summer started i was 139 lbs, after summer ended i was 122 lbs, two months after that i was 141 lbs which means i gained back all that weight plus 2 more pounds. from then on until i was 17 years old my weight fluctuated anywhere from 128 lbs to 147 lbs, depending on whether i was exercising, eating healthy, starving myself, or eating excessively. the end of june 2008 when i was 17 i was 145 lbs. two months later at the end of august 2008 i weighed 134 lbs. over the summer of 08 i also became a lacto ovo pescatarian.

I am a computer programmer. I love to cook and try different receipes. Always eat healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I'm a 27 year old who loves to cook, and majorly lacks motivation to work out. I'm really trying to cook more healthy recipes, and to get my butt moving 3-5 times per week. I live in Pittsburgh and work in Marketing. I got married in September 08, and from there it's been all downhill (with my weight, anyway.)

29-year-old Army nurse looking to get fit and be closer to my weight when I joined the Army in 2006. You wouldn't think that being active duty would allow you to gain weight, but now I must do physical training on my own. I work at a hospital. Have a hard time self-motivating to work out.

I'm a 22 year old student studying literature & film in Ontario, Canada. I'm just starting my weight loss at 5'8 and 205 lbs. I want to lose the weight I've gained since I stopped waitressing to focus on my studies. Apparently it was really good exercise! I also want to go beyond that and lose weight I've had on me since childhood. I want to lose the weight for so many different reasons, but ultimately for health and well being. My first goal is to lose twenty pounds by New Years day 2009!

I'm a 26 year old newlywed. My husband and I have been married for just shy of 7 months. I am currently at my highest weight ever, and I really want to get back to the weight I was when my husband and i met, 80 pounds ago! I use to be extremely athletic and want to be able to do the stuff I love.

Im a 24 years old guy. i live in san pedro ca. I started my diet at 217 lbs. Im now (dec 9, 08) 195 lbs i wanna lose about 25 more lbs

I'm a college student. I've never been thin; I've always had a little extra padding for as long as I can remember. My entire family has weight problems, so that is probably where I picked it up and learned my bad habits. I ran a 5k 2 years ago, but have slacked off since then. I'd like to run another soon and work towards a half marathon if things go well. I'm graduating in May 2009. I will be moving to a new city and would love to start there with the confidence a fit body can give.

I work part time and have a cocker spaniel gun dog, Ellie, with whom I go training and walking. Ellie has changed our lives and is so much fun. We bought a caravan in November and now plan to go on holidays and weekends away with our Ellie. I have been a member of Cannons Gym for 7 years and stopped going for 4 months. I have this week returned to do Aqua Aerobics 2 or 3 times a week. I am very excited about joining Peer Trainer! I am married with a lovely husband. We have no children.

I am a 39 y/o unemployed teacher. I had basically wanted a year off to get my life in order. I have been off work for 6 months and am now READY to BEGIN getting myself together.

I have run for over 25years, many of those racing for college teams on athletic scholarship for long distance running. I am the owner of Blonde Runner Health, LLC (http://www.blonderunner.com/) in Utah and love to promote health. I am a certified personal trainer and running and triathlete coach. I believe in living a healthy lifestyle. It can happen even when you have four little children that keep you hoppin'. 5K PR: 18:06.17

Caregiver to 95 year old, sweet mom. Sjogren's and breast cancer survivor.

I'm a single k-6 visual art teacher. I'm also taking art education grad courses (currently can't decide between VCU and George Mason). I love sailing (racing & cruising), hiking & camping and gardening (when a yard is available for me to play in...apartment life isn't exactly compatible). I got a wire fox terrier puppy a few months ago and keeping him entertained and exercised is a challenge.

i am 32 and i like to exercise but am in a very bad eating rut!

I have lost to date 46 pounds and have really improved my fitness level. I still struggle daily with some cravings and LOVE Chocolate way too much. Carbs are my enemies so I try to keep them to a min and eat only whole grain. I am a wife and mother and work two jobs. In the last month I put back on about 7 pounds and I feel horrible. I am trying to get back down again to my ideal weight.
