I'm a divorced mother of two children. Prior to my divorce a year ago, I had lost 30 to 40 pounds and felt great about myself. I guess the stress of day-to-day life got to me....I gained it all back and possibly more. My family is concerned about the yo-yo effect that my weight takes. I just have to become more accountable for my actions and stop making excuses. Oh, how good it feels to say that, but it's also easier said than done.
