Married 51 yo mom of two, educator, consultant, volunteer optimizing my health, fitness, and well being.

I am 44 yrs old and married with two daughters. I work as an administrative assistant for the libraries at the state university.

I am a substitute teacher. I have lost 30 pounds with JJ's program.

I am working out around knee and wrist pain, plus I broke 3 ribs, clavicle, vertebrae, scapula and some teeth in an mountain bike accident a few years ago. So I swim, yard work (organic garden), & resistance train
