I'm 40, married, have two kids (age 10 and 8), I enjoy the outdoors (camping, hiking, cycling, snowboarding, etc) and snuzzling with my hubby.

Have been on a weight loss journey my entire life since puberty....so sick of it.....ready to kick this sucker to the curb.I am 54 years old turning 55 this summer. I am a happy single mom of 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren. Loving the last season of my life.....Ready to make it the BEST!!

I am a 66 year old Australian, living in Seoul and teaching English at a university there. I have had both hips replaced and while I was incapacitated with my hips I gained about 6kg a year resulting in a gain of 40+ kg before I had my hips fixed. Now I have no excuses but I am finding it difficult to get back into an exercise program as I have always played a lot of competitive sport and never really worked out. Now I have to work out and I find it really tedious.

58 year old special education teacher.

45 y.o., married mother of two boys, ages 9 and 5. Am founder of a tech company startup (which is why I can't sleep). Launching software company, trying to raise $5M in funding, working 80-100 hour weeks including every night and weekend leaves no time for sleep let alone exercise. I do teach spinning once per week. Have taught group exercise since I was 19. Am fattest I've ever been at 157 lbs. and 5'3". My usual diet strategies no longer work and I'm starting to have health issues like IBS, swollen ankles, insomnia. Annual physical exam at doc showed amazing levels except for BMI. Blood pressure 100/70.

I am a substitute teacher. I have lost 30 pounds with JJ's program.

I am 56 years old. I am a mother with 3 grown children. I work for a local government and have been active all my life. I ride road and mountain bikes and also a motorcycle. I have a wonderful husband that has never had a weight problem but he supports me in what I am trying to accomplish.

I am a 62 year old woman, about 60 lbs over weight. I've lost it before. The hardest for me is keeping it off.

35 yr old mother of an energetic 18 month old, working full time and than at home running around with/after the baby and still have managed to put on weight !!

I am a (successful) actress and on camera personality so having a healthy on camera physique is critical to my making a living. Unfortunately, my struggles with my weight and overall well being are a constant source of anxiety for me. I love the outdoors and working up a good sweat but I have a LOT of obligations and responsibilities so I tend to get over fatigued and stressed - especially in the middle of a program. I have the cutest dog .. I mean it. He is literally the cutest dog there is so I'll probably talk about him a lot. LOL!

I'm a 57 year old teacher, married, with 2 almost grown children. I used the Beck system three years ago and lost over 20 pounds. I kept it off for two and half years and then fell off the wagon. I've gained back ten of those pounds and want to use the cleanse to get back on track.

I am 55, single, work as an HR Manager, have 2 girls and 2 grandsons. Live in SW Missouri and love the outdoors.

Busy mom of four boys. Pro YoYo dieter.

Nurse anesthetist, have 3 boys 2 are grown and one that is 14 yrs old. married

Extremely busy support professional in finance. I work long hours. One college age daughter / a super fit boyfriend / two fabulous dogs and a kitty keep me busy outside of the office!

I'm male, 42, married with 2 children. I am one of the founders of PEERtrainer.

I am 63 with four adult children, three grandchildren, 3 dogs, one husband and about forty extra pounds.

I'm almost 41 years old, in administration who has lost and gained over the last few years. I'm walking in Half Marathons now and would like to keep the weight off in an effort to reduce the possibility of knee-ankle problems (and the jiggles around the waist area). Working on getting over the emotional eating aspect of my weight-loss sabotage.

Divorced, children are grown and out of the house. 1 dog.

64 yrs old; professional yo-yo dieter; no meds excpet for hypothyroid meds; Vegetarian but fail at portion control!

I am a 63 year old retired teacher who has always been very heavy. I have made bad choices all my life and paid the price because I now have titanium knees and one hip. Now I am looking forward rather than back! I am making changes and better choices and have never felt better. Life will only get better!

65 yrs old, grandma of 7, retired for almost 2 years. I want to be here to play with my grandkids for a long time.

I am 50 years old, have two sons (one is grown), and am a teacher. I used to be so athletic and strong and I want to feel like that again.

I am 47 years old, very active, working out 5-6 times a week. I am working to over-come a life-long habit of emotional/mindless eating (Binge-eating.) that is not productive. I have reached my goal weight many times, but can never stay there. I end up displaying self-sabotaging behaviors to gain the weight back each time.

42, married, with two kids. This has been a stressful year, and I have put on weight again. PEERTrainer cleanse has worked well for me in the past. I'm looking forward to getting back on track!!

I'm a 50 year old engineer with autoimmune thyroid disease. Dear Hubby loves to cook. 30 pounds later, I'm saying no and taking responsibility for my health. Lost half the weight so far!

I am 52 and have struggled with my weight my entire life. I have always been on a diet. I was on diet pills when I was in the 7th grade. In college, I did Nutrisystem and lost 100 lbs. I have done Weight Watchers twice, and lost the same 100 lbs but have never been able to keep it off. My drug of choice is candy.

49 year old female, who struggles to maintain a healthy weight. I seem to vacillate from an almost overweight place to carrying an extra 20 - 30 pounds. I'm pretty health conscious and get a good supply of good, healthy food, but over-indulge on the not so healthy food and struggle to stick to a regular exercise routine. When I'm on top of my game and exercise regularly, weight gain is not a problem. Divorced professional, happy with my work and my relationships.

I am just turned 50 and am feeling old. I know that I have a long life ahead of me and I want to make the most out of it. I want to be more active and be able to enjoy my hobbies like gardening instead of feeling that it is a task that has to be done. I

I am a married mother of 2 boys (15 & 12) and keep fairly active with bike riding, bursting, volleyball, strength training. I also have unhealthy eating habits that need improvement. I have a stressful manager job that creates a lot of anxiety for me too.

I have crossed the 55 mark and since starting menopause I have gained consistently. Every year I lose the same 20 lbs and gain them back and find 5 more. I walk everywhere (nyc) I go to the gym consistently bootcamp 2x+ a week, core classes, yoga, and still the same. Anyway...tired of the same cycle hoping this can really bring on a permanent change.

I like to have fun. I love to be outside. I love animals. I like to hike and camp and would do that for a living if I could find somebody to pay me! I like to do things for others and tend to feel better about myself when I am helping someone else. I don't handle stress as wells as I would like and tend to let it build up on me to a point where I can't hold it in t and then I freak out - I'm working on that.

I'm 58, retired from the Air Force. My husband of 39 years is also AF, retired. We have 3 grown children, Nick is 30, Rikki is 26 married for a year to Kevin Carloni, and Rachel is 24 and in a relationship with Colby Crum. My husband and I were avid softball players in our youth and we met at a softball field at Pope AFB, NC in 1973 and got married 4 months later. I was able to maintain my weight in the AF, but it took a lot of effort. When I retired in 1996, I let go for awhile and have gradually gained over 50 lbs. I'm a yo yo dieter.

Genetics are not on my side! I teach fitness classes 4 days a week and still struggle with weight. I've recently joined an intense interval workout program, so now I workout at 6am and noon. Sometimes I wonder how can I be overweight when I workout so hard, so much! Drives me nuts!! Oh, I have 2 adult kids and 2 darling grandkids.

I'm a 48 year old woman, happily married, 2 nearly grown kids (20 and 17). I've struggled with my weight my whole adult life.

51 years, only 5foot2. SAHM trying homeschoolng with 2 boys. I used to be a real active outdoor girl.... But in the last 10 years I have done less and less outdoor fun activities. I am sad to say I havent been able to ride horses anymore due to my age and weight and overall lessening of strength, and less passion for life in general, it seems. I want to reverse that. I want to be able to keep living life exuberantly!

I'm 33, 155 pounds, 5'2". Goal is to be between 115-125 pounds. Looks easy, is hard. I have Lupus diagnosed at age 11 and has always been that extra hurdle to get through. Being aware of all actions WITHOUT judgment, I find, is the key to my ability to change. The without judgment part is the challenge! :)

I am a 22y/o college grad. I have struggled with eating issues my entire life, however my weight has always been normal or low. My biggest challenge is not binging, and not being obsessive about eating "too healthy."

49 years old, mother of two daughters, love vegan eating, yoga and walking / jogging. Problem with night time binge eating
