I'm a young 35 year old army wife, mama and future gym- owner. (Saving my pennies!) I lost 18 pounds just through running this year. I'm strong and a normal weight, but I am ready to take my fitness to the next level! I need people to motivate me to really push myself! I'll be happy to do the same for anyone!
