I am a 54 year old woman who just moved to the Central Coast of California from Steamboat Springs, CO. I have always been an athlete, but also have a large frame and prone to put on weight. I lived in a ski town for 33 years and skied 3-5 days a week for that time. I also played ice hockey on women's team as a goalie. Mountain biking was my passion for many years until 7 or 8 years ago when I developed exercise induced asthma and it became too painful and I became a wimp. I also developed rheumatoid arthritis 6 years ago, but that is under control. We moved to the central coast in November and are loving it! I currently weigh 208 lbs. down from 212, which was my heaviest ever. I have joined a gym and exercise there at least 5 days a week. Results have been slow! I have a few fantastic bicycles that sit around that I keep saying that I will ride.

49 year old female, very much an "apple" body type, which I really hate. I have always struggled with my weight and poor body image. Long days at work and home obligations are the excuses I use. I also let my husband influence my eating habits - which has to stop. Menopause seems to be making it even more difficult to lose and the older I get the less energy I seem to have. I also struggle with poor GI function - but if I were to eat the way I should, maybe it wouldn't be??

I'm Matt, I just hit 300lbs and I'm tired of being this way. I wanna be better, healthier, stronger, and more confident.

I am 43 and 185lbs which is heavier than I have ever been before. After 5 months of dating a wonderful man and 10 months of being married to's time to get this "date weight" and "newlywed weight" off! For our wedding reception I wore a beautiful Chinese style dress that is very form fitting and if I could wear that on subsequent anniversaries I would be thrilled.

I'm 47, 5'2" 118. I work out with Insanity and Insanity/The Asylum, P90X and Chalene Extreme. I eat fruit, veggies, lean meats, nuts, eggs, beans and drink a lot of water! Love my morning and afternoon coffee, green tea and try to eat only until I'm 65-80% full - never stuffed!

I am turning 44 this year and I have gained so much weight over the last 5 years I can't stand it and it stops me from being me because I am self concious of myself. I would love to do alot of things and don't because I'm not comfortable in my own skin.

fell tired all the time would like to feel better and look better before summer .need to loose weight and exercise so that i can keep u p with my boy toy
