70, married, work out of my home. As a result of Fresh Start Cleanse and all the tools I've learned decided to get my Real Estate License. I'm excited and energized. Will take my state exam within a month or so.

I live in New Hampshire. I have been with my husband for 15 years and we have 6 children together. I am 31 years old and I have been putting others a head of me all the time well it is time for me to do something good for me and give myself a little bit of me time.

I am a mother of six children and a wife and all my time has been about everyone elts and now it is time to have a little bit of me time put in there.

I am a lover of good books, great bread and even greater friends!

I am 28 and I have been unhealthy all of my life. I have forgone engaging in activities I love. I have struggled with weight related health issues (specifically back problems). I don't need a perfect body, and I have no specific weight goal. But for the rest of my life, I want to be in control of what I do or don't do. I don't want my weight to be the deciding factor!

I love life and want to build a better life for myself.

I am a stay at home Mom of two wonderful boys.

49 years old, married again after being divorced, 4 kids, 1 grandson and 1 on the way. Premenopausal 10 lbs will not go away. Have tried everything. Currently doing detox for 3 weeks.

I am a mother of and a step mom to 1, I love listening to music, riding horses and watching SOA. I am a culinary student half way through getting my degree and getting mostly A's and B's.Will be on the student counsel soon.

I'm a 34yr old mom of 2. Since my baby (who is going to be 4 in feb) I am struggling to lose weight. I'm hoping to get back into my old clothes which I've kept.

Have weighed close to, or even more than, 300 lbs. most of my life. Had gastric bypass in March of 2009 and through sloppy habits and compulsive eating, have gained weight again. To keep from completely sliding back, I am committing now to the cleanse as a way to turn myself around in a healthier direction.

I am 43 and have gained about 20 lbs. over the summer after a hard move. I had maintained a 25 lb. weight loss for the previous year, but am now back where I started. I am having a harder time now than I ever have, even though I know what I need to do.

I am a full-time student and am married. My husband is about to leave for Afghanistan, so this year apart will give me the time I need to focus just on myself.

I am a single woman filled with wisdom for all who will be 60 in July. I am in Sales/Marketing currently looking for a job.

I am 33 years old and have always struggled with my weight. I work in IT and sit most of the day. I have several health issues that prevent hardcore working out.

I'm a positive, upbeat person starting my life as a single woman. Looking forward to living alone and having the time to focus on me.

I am a teacher. I enjoy Christian activities, crewel work, and gardening. I do not enjoy exercising, but I know I need to start getting more active.

Almost 45 year old, married with 3 teens (17 yr DD, 16 yr DS, 12 yr DS). Have been on Atkins with a primal leaning for over a year. Have binging issues big time. I sort of sabbotage my diet every few weeks and get very frustrated. Love to exercise and try to do so at least 5 days a week. Can stay for weeks off "bad" foods but then go and eat 10000 cals without hesitation of all the foods that make me sick.

I'm a stay-at-home mom whose kids are grown and gone. Hubby works long hours. I volunteer extensively. Love to cook and eat! Enjoy a nice glass of wine, too. Have had weight issues since my teens and vowed never to have a big belly like both my grandmothers. Well, I've not succeeded in that goal. I am 55 and, although my weight has not changed in the last year, there seems to be more of it around my belly. It's time to get serious about losing this, or I will be creeping into obesity.

I'm 23 and 280lbs! This is the biggest I've ever been. I've alway be overweight since I can ever remember. Food has always been something easy to do when I'm feeling bored. Hence why I'm 280lbs! lol. But I have recently found out that I maybe at risk for Diabetes.

Fun to be around. Likes to laugh. Can't weight to fit in my "former' clothes again. Like to travel to different cities w/i the US. Did I mention love to laugh lol.

I am a stay at home mother to 2 boys, ages 2 and 4.

I turned 30 and got married this year. I have three kids, 13, 2 and 9 months. I have struggled with my weight since i got pregnant for my first daughter in 1998. By the time i was 21 i weighed almost 300 lbs. When i was 25 i decided to get off my but and do something and i lost over 100 lbs. Now im stuck and cant lose/tone anymore easily. I am very busy and dont have the money for a gym.

I'm "mostly" a say-at-home housewife. I am a licensed real estate broker and I do property management on a small scale from my home office. I find I am bored and get quite lonely and I eat. I would like to look better, stay healthy and feel better about myself. I just turned 60. I am "young minded" and want to get my body to a place where it can keep up! We relocated here about 16 yrs ago and I really need to get out and make new friends!

I am a college student trying to balance life, but have recently slipped into a bit of unhealthy eating and sedentary lifestyle. I am a vegetarian and would like to eat more healthfully (lots of veggies!) and move my body more! I am studying education (secondary) and am also interested in alternative health practices. Very excited to be part of peer trainer and be held accountable to a healthy lifestyle!

58 years old, mother of wonderful 19 year old daughter, married 22 years. Generally healthy and happy but frustrated with changes in my body over last two years. Suffered broken arm with wrist and shoulder complications that made exercising difficult. Worked 6 months 3x/week with trainer - no results. Now desperate to try something new.

I'm an ESL teacher in Korea but have been off and travelling for the last 3 months. I will be getting back to my normal daily routine of working and getting to the gym about 4 times per week.

Four years of college down, seven or eight to go.

I am a busy working mom who is committed to being a healthy role model to my kids. I'm tall (5'11'), and have weighed at my heaviest 190's. For the past 5 years I have weighed around 165. My weight is starting to creep up again, so I am commiting to healthier eating habits and introducing more weight lifting into my exercise routine.

I'm a singer songwriter from Northern Alberta, Canada. Used to be a jock/nerd, but nowadays, just a nerd and a disc jockey. Ha. Gaming tore me away from volleyball and figure skating as I developed an ever increasing obsession with competition online, and as I remained glued to my computer screen, it wasn't long before I was gaining a couple pounds. Graduation is this year as I finish my final year of high school. It'd be nice to look stunning in my ball gown. :)

I am in my 50's and a native Texan. I have been married for 25 years and we have a wonderful son named Edward. Both my son and I are liecended massage therapist, but have had a hard time working, because we have been caring for in- laws and for both my parents,so my husband has been the one working full time.

25 yrs old. 122 lbs..software engineer

I am 23 years old and have gained 30 pounds in the last year and a half (after ending a 4 year relationship - I obviously turned into an emotional eater). I am ready to take control of my life so I can get back into the dating world looking and feeling beautiful!!

I am 27 year old female, 5'7.5". Mexican/Armenian mix. I am just recently graduated college and I will be applying for medical in June 2012. While in college I went from a size 7 to a size 13 mindlessly not caring about my weight. I do wear my weight very well to the point that no one believes that I weight 186 lbs. I just want to be back to my old size of being 127-130 again. I know my health is very important and my doctor recently did a blood test and I have high cholesterol. I do not want to have health issues and I want to be the best I can be for myself.

I'm a freshmen in high school and I've been overweight pretty much my whole life, and being an over weight "Teenager" is probably the hardest time to be over weight cuz kids are mean and I get teased alot, so I've finally decided to lose weight not for them, for ME cuz I deserve it and with gods help I can do ANYTHING!

My name is Tonisha Myers but everyone calls me Toni and I am 18 years old. I stay in Riverside, CA. I am currently 267 pounds and a few months ago I was 290. I'm having issues with losing weight now that I have lost some of it and its becoming depressing for me. I guess in a way I'm looking for my motivation which I have yet to find but I think I'm getting closer. When I stress out I eat food and then after so long it gets out of control and back up in weight I go. I feel that if I have that extra help and that extra push then everything will work out ok and I can continue to lose the weight. Losing 117 pounds or more would really make me happy and I'm looking forward to it.

45 year old mother of 2 adult daughters and one 7 year old son. I work from home and just can't seem to get myself motivated to work out.

I am 57, mother of two girls (21 and 18) an attorney and happily married. people consider me "super active" because I exercise alot. I've always done it and I staying active and fit is a high priority for me.

Hello, I have struggled with my weight, my whole life. I have lost weight, gained weight, lost weight and gained weight. I feel like everytime I get focused and start losing, some life struggle arises and throws me off track. I just want my outside to match my inside. And if I do not do something soon, I am afraid my inside will start feeling like the outside looks. Luckly, I have a husband that loves me for me and stands behind me, ready to help! I love him for that. Now if I can just find my motivation....ohhhhh motttiiivvvaatttoinnn....

Single mom of 2, age 26, new student, live on my own

I'm 18 years old and I had a previous account her with a previous e-mail, but now I'm back and ready to finish this goal. I used to be incredibly active but do to school, I've lost my touch, so I want to gain that back and to finally take control of my thyroid.

Vegan lady getting married in April 2012 and looking to lose some weight (20 pounds)

I am a 35-year-old mother of two amazing children (2 and 5). I have been married to my best friend for 15 years. My faith is central to my life, though it continues to stretch me - not always in ways that are easy and comfortable. I have an M.A. in Family Psychology and this gives me insight into lots of things but can also foster my tendency to get lost "in my head". I do get migraines and have self-medicated with high-calorie foods (which work great as a quick-fix). Learning not to use food as medication has been a challenge.

A 39 yr old female, mother of 4, 5'1 and 206 lbs.full time worker at a bakery, married for 10 yrs

multiple food allergies, struggling to find balance and still maintain if not lose a few pounds

Im a highschool girl, and Ive been overweight my whole life. My body shape doesnt appear that way though. I am an hourglass, and my body has a great muscle/body fat definition. I have a womans body, instead of a stick-figure chick, and I am proud. I weigh 250 pounds, but my body shape looks more like 180. I would like to see what my body would look like when its fit, because I havent my whole life. Not only that, but Im more interested in my physical well-being, and I feel that if I don't have the stress of being overweight in life, then my grades would easily become all As instead of Bs and Cs. I want to do something great in my life, not to be a drone, but to help other rise to their destiny. But first, I have to help myself to help others.

i 18 years old and i weight 183, 5'4 and im ova weight.i go to the gym 5 days a week and work out for an hour or more.

I am married, work full time in healthcare.

I am 56 years old and work as a real estate broker. Mother of 2 beautiful daughters and married to a great guy.

I'm living my dream. It has been a rough road to get here, but I am truely living my dream. I am married to my sweet baby Ashley. We have an awesome son named Gaines. He is 15 months old and we have one on the way! My experience has been in music performance, theme park administration, Emergency Trauma RN, and now Co-Owner of CrossFit. Where I have been and what life has put me through is too long to write here, but good, bad, worse, it has all brought me to the most beautiful place! I sincerely love every trainer at CrossFit like they are blood family. I also think of every person that comes through our doors as heros. Every time they come in, they not only do something that makes their lives better, it has an unbelievable ripple effect on everyone around them. Being unhealthy is entirely to acceptable in our society and I love to watch people change that one day at a time!

I'm married with 3 great kids. I work as a full time police officer and command a combat engineer company in the US Army as well. I will never allow you to quit and will always push you beyond what you are used to. I simply won't allow you to fail. I have been a coach in Springfield since 2010 and have been doing CF for over 3 years.

I am a married accordion player in my late 20s who loves to read 19th century classics, fix hair, sew and write stories and spend time with my husband and two kittens. I volunteer for pretty much every Church and community activity.

I have two young boys that i want to keep healthy for. Im sluggish and slow at my current weight

I am a recent college graduate and finished my diploma in sports and exercise science, I have a year left to finish my degree in psychology and am planning to complete my masters in sports psychology. I am a fitness instructor and teach aquafit as well as spin classes.

I'm a Registered Nurse on my feet for 80% of my work day. Love my job, but I'm so out of shape that by the end of my shift all I want to do is hit the couch, and unfortuately that is what I have been doing.

I currently weigh 115-116.

I love sports. Basketball, volleyball, track, and softball are my top ones, but the other ones are okay. I'm very lazy when I want to be.

Im quiet and prefer to stay indoors. I like reading and writing.

Brainy 38-yr-old who needs to lose about half my body weight. Long history and habits have been keeping me in a state of on-going resistance, with short-term successes followed 2-3 weeks later by quitting and the start of the next cycle. ~ IMPORTANT IDEAS ~ (1) Allow for the possibility that this program / this time can lead to long-term change (despite past evidence to the contrary) -- aim to start totally fresh, with beginner's mind. (2) We always live up to our expectations, not our desires. (3) Our expectations are based on past results (which are based on past actions). (4) The way to break the cycle of future expectations / beliefs coming from past failures is to take LOTS of SMALL positive actions to bolster up fledgling motivation and self-belief.

44 year old woman, health care executive, writer, mom, recreational athlete

18 years old and FAT, I want to lead a healthy life style not only for myself but for my future family.

6'3" 325lbs, I've been at or around 325lbs for about six years now, that's going to change for 2012.

I love to be physcially active and am in my last year of high school. I applied to the human nutrition program for my post-secondary education. Prom is near, and i need to drop those few extra pounds.

I am 50 years old, I have been about 170 to 185 my whole adult life. I own my own restaurant, I have 2 boys in there 20's. I love to play golf, tennis, bike ride, hike, and Kick boxing. But I do love my wine.

I am an active birder and try to eat healthily. However, I am often on the road doing birding in every county in California with the goal of seeing 200 species in each. Have been at this for 4 years.

I work part time with special needs kids. I have 3 young children of my own and a husband of 13 years. The newest addition to our family is our Rhodesian Ridgeback, Chloe, we all ADORE her. I love to create and make things. Home decorating is a huge passion!

27yrs old - female - future flight attendant Current weight is 115lbs - 25% Body Fat Height: 5'1" Past weight and where I felt the best was 100lbs which was 6 months ago.

I'm a proud mother to 3, ages: 4, 2 and 3 months. My husband and I have decided to not have anymore children - so I need to FOCUS on getting my pre-pregnancy body back. I always thought in the back of my mind - well, I'm going to get pregnant again soon - so no point in really trying to stay in shape .. now I'm done having babies - no more excuses!

3 kids.. 12, 10, and almost 9.. I have issues with some exercise due to stupid knees.. but they hurt so much less when i am a bit lighter.. oy! so here we go again to take off the weight..

I am 51 yrs old and have a desired to get health, fit and finer that I was when I was in my 30s ( the best years of my life). I eat well as long as I cook but have a problem rejecting the invite from co-workers to order out for lunch daily, even if I brought my lunch.

I am happily married to the man of my dreams and we have a little boy who is 4. I put most of the weight that I have on while I was pregnant with little boy. Bed rest from 14 weeks on, is a lot of time to pack on weight.

About to turn 30, I have a son and hoping to expand the family soon. I work from home, love sleep, emotional eating and ooey gooey, chewy desserts. Deep down I am afraid that life will suck if I let go of all the nutrient-deficient food that I love dearly. Part of me just basks in the ignorance of the masses and feels comfortable there instead of where I know I should be.

Three kids, new baby. I am on the new baby diet right now... which means lots of junk food.

Married mother of 2 (21 and 16). I have been a homemaker since I had my kids.

More

I am 22, weighing in at 270 lbs and I am 5' 10". I am a full-time undergrad student. 4.0 GPA I am a wife, and mother to a 1 year old daughter

My lifestyle has changed and I am not as active. Turned 30 and gained 15lbs.

My names Lauren and im 19. I have gone from 175 to 215 since me and my boyfriend have been together. I have alot of stubborn belly fat and my thighs have gotten alot bigger also.

63 year old who has battled a life time of yoyo dieting; I'm either on a "diet" or bingeing in preparation for the deprivation of a diet

I'm a 22 yr old female. I'm currently a student pursuing a degree in Agriculture with a focus on organic agriculture. I've been struggling with a sugar addiction for a few years and it has made me pack on a few pounds. It seriously bothers me since binging gets out of control and gets in the way of me living my Life! Now with my extra pounds I don't feel sexy anymore and that's affecting my relationship with my boyfriend. Enough is enough... sugar's my drugs-simple as that. A bit is too much and a ton is never enough. So no more!

I'm 34 years old. I'm a mother of a one and a half year old little boy. After having my son, I went back to work part time. I'm finding it difficult to fit in working out and have really not even been making an effort lately. Especially after all of the holiday festivities...I'm feeling gross. I'm a registered Dietitian and feel like I have really gotten off track. I'm not practicing what I preach and feel like a hypocrite. My son would prefer to eat mac and cheese for every meal and I feel like sometimes I just dont want to deal with the struggle ( and clean up the mess) of preparing him healthier meals... which he throws all over. Sooo I just give him what I know he will eat... and then I eat that too!!!! I'm basically stuck in a rut. I want to be healthier for myself , but also to set a good example for my son. I obviously know what to do... I just have to put it into practice. I'm 5'0 tall and have been maintaining my wt of 105-108 for a while.. I would looove to lose a few though.. I weighed between 100 -103 when I was in my early twenties. So I think I can back to that... I apparently dont want it that babdly though, because I havent been consistently making an effort.

Currently: weight = 180, size 10-12 can run 5K in 30:30. struggled to complete a 10K. Not long ago, I was at my goal weight or below, but I lost my way. I'm a stress eater, and it's been a rough year. I've already lost about 15 lbs since august, but it took a while to put on, so it'll take a while to take it off.

I've had four major surgeries in the past two years (the most recent of which was June of 2012 for a brain tumor), so I've been on a lot of bed rest and haven't had time to exercise. I've gained 20 pounds since early 2011. Now that I'm back in school full time, I'm still having trouble fitting exercise in to my routine, but I'm trying to get into the habit.

A mature lady who was very physically active but has become sedentary and therefore gained 35 pounds. By joining this team I hope to regain my activity level, lose the excess weight and body fat and become healthier.

I have been a part of the Crossfit community since early 2009, and have been coaching since the summer of 2011. I am passionate about people and helping them to improve thier lives, to make a change for the better. i am a sponge and I hope to learn as much from you as I hope you will learn from me!

I have two little girls and a fabulous husband who are my inspiration for change! I'm usually the last one I worry about but this year it's my turn!

I am a Crossfit Level One trainer and am also certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I have been crossfitting for 3 years and coaching for over 1. I truly believe I have the best, most rewarding job on the planet!

I'll be 50 in sept . Husband left after 25 yrs in 2003. Since 45 I gained 20 pounds and now weigh 185. It's even hard to write that number. I used to be very athletic so when I push myself and can't do the things I used to do I get upset quit and give up. I'm tired of being winded. I want to feel alive and energetic . I don't want to keep telling myself , your getting older there is nothing you can do about it .

I have 3 children. Austin is 6 - Alexandra and Adriana are 6 months old. I am having a very hard time losing weight and want to lose some so bad!

I live in Central CA but grew up in CT. I have yoyo dieted all my life. Just turned 60 this year and want to have good health and an active lifestyle. I use food to ease stress, emotional pain, depression, and anger. I eat to reward myself and to punish myself. I eat to express joy and happiness. Food is #1 in my life and I'm really tired of it. If anyone wants to contact me via email please do! ([email protected]) My three children are grown (daughter 29, daughter 26, son 25), husband and I are retired. I'm tired of thinking and worrying about losing weight! It is hard to get up out of a chair, my joints ache, and I'm having acid reflux and sleep apnea. I'm so young at heart but feel old in body! My second daughter is married and they want to start a family in a couple of years. I want to be able to enjoy my grandchildren. I want to continue enjoying being with my children, traveling, and enjoying everyday life. I'm horrible at maintaining an exercise routine...I HATE to exercise! But when I do it I feel so wonderful!

I am 35 y/0. Have two children (22mths old and 6 weeks old). Love reading

I have been heavy all my life. I was in the Marines and Air National Guard and had trouble maintaining weight standards. I did best 25 years ago when I was running 5 miles a day. The company I worked for went bankrupt in 2009. It took until 2011 for me to find another job. I went from $90K to $25 a year. So I am fighting my weight and severe depression.

I am 27 and work full time at a local college and also go to school part time working on my second degree. I also participate in research in a lab at my college so I do not have a lot of free time. This has made me turn to fast food a lot which is the first bad habit I need to break.

I am 22 year old mom of 5 kids i am 135 pounds 5 foot 4 and a half inches

I'm a 25 year old mom to three! A handsome boy and twin girls! I'm currently in school to become a licensed cosmetologist. And have recently jumped on the fitness bandwagon craze and hope to stay on it for good this time!

I am 37 years old. I am married. My 7 year old daughter brings so much joy to my life! I am a bit shy at first. I have struggled with my weight since the 5th grade.

I am a 25-year-old gal from the St. Louis area. I will graduate in May with several degrees (Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, and Psychology), will begin my career, move out of my parents' house and I want to add weight loss to my list of major life changes that are just around the corner. I have spent the better part of my life struggling with my weight. I've begun a diet and fitness plan more times than I can count on my fingers and toes, and I always fall off the wagon a few weeks--or even only a few days--later. Junk food, fast food, and soda are my downfalls, and I also struggle with finding time to exercise. Hopefully this method of accountability will be my ticket to success...finally!

I'm 21, mother of 2 little girls, 2 1/2 and 1 year.. I'm 5'4 and have always had fluctuating weight and I'm sick of it. I want to get to a healthier weight and stay there!

I am 57 years old, married to a very supportive man, am vegan for the past year, am in remission form RA due to eating Dr Fuhrman's way. I still have 10 lbs extra weight hanging on and have slacked off with exercise so I am looking for a jump start!

I'm a 56 y/o high school teacher. Married 30 years. I teach Family and Consumer Sciences (aka home ec), specifically foods and nutrition classes. It's a challenge being around food all day.

I am married with one child. I like dancing and reading.

I have been until this last couple weeks in charge of everything I could possibly volunteer for. I finally said NO and told everyone it was about me and my family for awhile. They were responsible for themselves. Yeah me!!!! I am married with 2 girls ages 10 and 12. On the SFD 18 years. I want to ride my horses again and must lose weight to do it.
