Had an earlier and successful 67 pound weight loss via another structured program but faltered over time, mostly to motivation and the fact that the program required almost exclusively consuming their food products. Over time, food boredom settled in with me growing weary of the same prepackaged meals. There was liittle/no support for properly consuming regular foods, which resulted in discouragement and a full return to my unhealthy weight.

I'm 54 and grateful to be in good health. I live in the mountains of Colorado and enjoy an active outdoorsy lifestyle. I work full time, but find time to knit and read.
