I would like to form a group for people to get together and participate in some fun activities with the benefit of weightloss as a wonderful side effect!
We could get together and play frisbee, walk around a local park, go for a bike ride, paddle a canoe, etc.
The focus on fun is what some of us need to get jumpstarted and brush away the cobwebs that may have set in from a long period of inactivity.
Lets blow off steam, have a few laughs, commiserate and burn some calories in a supportive no-pressure atmosphere!
