i am a 44 yr old woman with about 40-50 lbs to loose. mentally motivated but not physically so much. just joined lifetime fitness. would love to have workout buddy. i smoke and have led a pretty sedentary lifestyle for a long while. would like to finally have the body of my dreams. i have a long way to go but would love to have some company along the way.
