||We are vegetarians (leaning toward or transitioning to being vegans) for ethical reasons. We have very work-oriented and sometimes intense lives, so part of the function of PeerTrainer for us is to help us keep our lives balanced: how do we work, eat good food, get exercise, and tend to our inner lives every day, every week? That's the challenge before us. We share support and ideas, not to mention recipes and websites, and we set goals with each other to keep us on track. We very often discuss what led us to and keeps us in a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle. We are looking for members who will post regularly and participate in discussions.
