The softly-softly supportive approach is ok for some, but it doesn't get me where I want to be.. it keeps me where I don't want to be. I don't need a pat on the back for being bad, I need a kick up the butt to make me better!!! So, if you can give it, and more importantly take it, come join a group of tough talkers!
