I am starting Slim Fast to lose 32 pounds, would like others to join who are using the same or wanting to lose the same. Will be going in for foot surgery 2/10/06 and will be on crutches for two weeks so excercise will be a little difficult for lower body. Any advice/help is appreciated. Come join for support!
