| Profile: | I need some motivation here, if anyone can help.  I have been trying to loose the same 5-10 lbs over and over and over.  I get so close and then for some reason my bad eating habits kick in............any suggestions would be great.  I go to the gym regularly, love outdoor activities.  It's the eating that kills me.  I do so good for about 2 - 3 weeks then I don't know what happens.
