I am starting to get back into the swing of things again after a long lapse. I am looking for people who are driven, dedicated and determined to see their fitness goals acheived. I personally need to do it all! Lose 40 lbs, tone and trim up and build endurance. I like to walk/jog and ride my bike, preferably down by the beach. I've found it difficult to work out alone and it's been hard to work out an exercise schedule with my friends. I really want to challenge my body and work out hard and stay with it!
