Getting close to 50--The body is beginning to change weather I like it or not! It is time to participate-and hopefully change it for the better!
Have about 20-25 lbs to 'change"--setting small short term goals--Have managed to avoid exercise so far in life--but this too must change (sigh*) Hope to start group to share ideas, motivation, good stories and laughs thru the tough times and stress....
