Let's Lose 50-75 lbs by working out an eating healthy. It's tough in Manhattan with all the great places to eat and delivery menus, but lets do it! I know a lot of wonderful menu choices and recipes for healthy eating and have lost about 120 lbs already, but have seem to hit a plateu and am losing motivation. I'm going back to old, bad eating habits and being lazy. I think having a group will make motivate me. I'm a 23 year old professional with a job that keeps me on the go, and sometimes leaves me too tired to hit the gym. Lets motivate each other!
