Menopause brings with it a myriad of life challenges. In addition,
those "of a certain age" find themselves facing other health and life issues. If one pays the least bit of attention one knows that diet is now seen as a major factor in the overall well being of an individual. With that said: I am looking for women 50ish, who have done their homework re nutrition and have not just grabbed onto the latest fad: ie South Beach or Sugar Busters et al and have made considered, well thought choices re the diets they have chosen to follow. Furthermore....Please be willing and able to post often!!!!
