I need to lose weight (about 20 pounds) and maintain. MAINTAIN! I'm an active high school English teacher, and step-mom every other week who eats vegitarian but cooks anything for the family. I love SCUBA (getting certified), hang gliding, sky diving, hiking, camping, reading, writing, friends, coffee, and naps on a hammock. I want the energy to keep up with myself, and to live a long healthy life. How about you?
