| Profile: | My goal is to lose 30 pounds.  I have one child and have never lost that baby weight.  I know for some women it drops right off but mine is lingering.  I am 33 years old and I tend to eat for comfort.  I have joined a gym recently and I find it fairly easy to go consistently but my main problem is watching my diet.  I would love to get some motivation from some folks here in the Triangle (or anywhere for that matter) and to stay connected while we reach our goals.
