This is a group for women 30+ who are lacking motivation to improve their fitness and eating habits.
I'm 30, living together with my partner in a small city close to Hamburg. I commute to work every day ( ~ 2 hrs ). I used to be very active, jogging, taking part in aerobic classes but after a knee injury I lost my motivation.. To make matters worse, my job is quite stressful so sometimes I turn to food for comfort. I'd love to loose those extra pounds of course, but balancing my life and getting fitter is more important.
