Goals: This group is very flexible. A 5 week commitment is short enough for individuals who would like to try a group with log ins for measurements, weight, or fitness goals. For example starting to exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, or beginning to use a pedometer to establish a walking program baseline. SPRING IS HERE LET'S GET MOVING!

Profile: Doing a weekly weigh in (tuesday's currently but can be changed).looking for people with the same drive!!
