I am quite active in participating activities such as volleyball, softball, and surfing. Still, due to my busy and erratic schedule, it's really difficult to lose weight even if I exercise 2-3 times a week.
I would really like to lose 15-20 lbs and not be concerned about my body image. I know it would take discipline, good diet and exercise regime, and dedication.
I'm 26 year-old female, graduate student/assistant, single, always up to try new things to improve myself.
