I'm a 26 yo medical student who grew up never having to do to much to maintain my size 6 - 8. In the space of 3 years I gained about 70 lbs and now I'm a size 14 -16. Med school hasn't made it easier. I love working out and used to be so conscious about what I ate but for some reason , I'm not doing it any more. I need that kick in the behind. My goal is to get back to size 6.
