Looking for friendly students (particularly medical students or other health professions students) and other 20s/young people who have trouble resisting the call of the calories! Goals are moderate weight loss (10-20lbs), a healthy diet that might even include vegetables, and trying to get to the gym on a crazy schedule! "Get Healthy or Die Trying" means we should all strive to be happy and healthy for the rest of our lives, in order to live the happiest and healthiest lives we can (happiness and health being intertwined).
