To be consistent in having a healthy diet free from refined flour and sugar and full of fresh fruit and vegetables. To go to the gym everyday with a break on Sunday. To make every effort possible to attain my weight loss goals and do what it takes to see steady, rapid weight loss. To get into a size 16 dress/jeans by mid July from my current size 20. To lose fat and build shapley muscle. To lose 1-2 pounds per week getting down to 215 by mid July from 258 as of 2/3/06. To make the commitment and keep the commitment daily of proper diet and exercise and to see the results of doing so. To make friends, lend and recieve support from others with like goals. To have fun in the process!
