Goals: I have "slacked off" for the last year- with both exercise and eating habits. I have gained 10-15 pounds and was able to ignore it until now. Now- I no longer fit into my clothes- and it's frustrating! I've lost weight before (and kept it off for several years) and it's time to do so again. I know that the key for me is EXERCISE- so that's my main focus. This time though- I want to also cut out sugar and white foods.. (I've been watching lots of Oprah..:)
