Mid 30's mom who used to look and feel great. With the years and a new baby pounds keep adding up. I just relocated here from Colorado, SAHM w/ no support group. I worry about my health, I need to lose about 70lbs desperately. Just getting used to humidity so even harder for me to want to be outdoors!!!!!
