I live in Auburn with my wife Toby and my daughter Kalen. Until now our time in the evening has been spent largely eating snacks and watching TV. We would like to replace those habits with healthy, productive ones.

I am a 25 yr old monther of a 5 yr old, I am engaged to the love of my life and we are planning a handfasting some time later this fall or maybe next spring. My finacee, Tim, is very supportive of me in anything including my weight, his famous line is "I will love you at any size". I need to lose the wieght though to be healthy and also so that we can think about adding to our family, no way would I feel comfortable or be safe being pregnant at this size.

I'm 44, married to a wonderful man and have 3 dogs.

I'm a 35-year-old mother and priestess with two dogs, two cats, and a man. :) I work as a medical editor. I know too many good cooks. Right now I'm really deconditioned and have no stamina, so exercise is a challenge for me, and I work long hours in addition to running a Coven and having a family, so time is my other big challenge.
