I have always been in good shape. After menopause however, if I look at food it either goes to my butt or thighs. Lol
I have two children, ages 18 and 13. I have already lost 40 pounds and need to lose another 40 to get to my pre-Mom weight.
I am a retired teacher ... 63 years young ... quite active ... regularly workout at my local fitness center ... can't seem to take off and keep off enough weight to maintain a healthy weight for my height.
