Here are the points for the new challenge...the rules are posted above and this excel file has been uploaded on our yahoo group site. Please refer to that site for a copy of it.
POINTS:
Keeping a food log= 1 point
Keep track of calories=1 point
Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day= 1 point
No eating 3 hours before bed= 1 point
Eat fresh foods (no processed or packaged stuff)= 2 points
Avoid white stuff (sugar, bread, flour, rice) = 2 points
Get at least 7 hours of sleep= 1 point
Eat every 2.5 to 3 hours= 2 points
Eat 3 meals & two snacks daily= 2 points
Do at least 1 workout daily at least 30 minutes long= 2 points
Get at least 10 minutes to relax= 1 point
Post measurements on a weekly basis= 1point
Post photos (optional)= 1 point
No alcohol= 1 point
Write down Emotions/ Triggers= 2 points
Extra workouts= 2 points (these will be extra BONUS POINTS)
So here you have it the RULES for the new challenge and the points that go with it. I would encourage everyone to post their points daily for easier tracking.
