I am a 33 year old mother of two (2 1/2 and 6 months). I work full time as a teacher (special education). My husband goes to school and stays at home with the kids.

I am 54 years old, soon to be 55 on January 11. I am married and between myself and my spouse have 4 children. 2 girls and 2 boys who are now grown up.

Recently diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis- not so good for my weight!

I am 21 year old young woman who works a full time job, studies part time and lives with her boyfriend and finds it really hard to find time (or motivation) to exercise regularly and get healthy!
