Hi I'm a mom to 2 wonderful boys and 2 step-children. I work with children with special needs and my own 2 sons are Dyslexic. I have a lot on my plate, but need to lose weight to be healthier and happier. I have been overweight my whole life and it is now time for me to stop!! I want to be healthier and set a good example to all the kids.

Im 18!..im pretty active, i was a cheerleader for 3 years, i play varsity soccer, run track and also play softball..im really outgoing & friendly =) and im excited to drop 15 to 20 pounds.
I'm 55 years old and have been overweight and mostly inactive.
I have spent 2006 dieting and exercising. I have gone from a tight size 22/24 to a size 4!!! I used to be a 4 for a long time and then "life" got in the way and I went totally out of control. I am so embarrassed at how much I weighed when I started my diet on Jan. 19th, 2006 that I will not say how much in pounds I lost but all the women can probably make a fairly good guess as to how much the loss is. I have about 4 pounds to go to hit my goal weight.
