I'm lazy. I sit on my butt as much as possible. I also like to lay down. When I wake up at noon, I lay around the house until it's time to start drinking beer. I've switched to light beer, in effort to not gain weight, but I know I need to be doing more than that. When I work (as a nanny) I move around slightly more... but then I munch all day too. I'm just not that healthy. If you are like me, let's fix this.
