30yo single man (martially divorced) 5'11 150lbs - did olympic diving and running young, later only played soccer and broke knee 5 years ago pretty badly in ski. life stress and injury kept me away from training for 5years, hit the gym back in august - i was no longer happy with my body. transformation was quick and radical.
