Goals: Hi I'm a mom to 2 wonderful boys and 2 step-children. I work with children with special needs and my own 2 sons are Dyslexic. I have a lot on my plate, but need to lose weight to be healthier and happier. I have been overweight my whole life and it is now time for me to stop!! I want to be healthier and set a good example to all the kids.

I'm a Ph.D. student trying to complete my dissertation. So that means very limited time and a lot of stress, but since I have had back issues in the past I really need to lose the weight. I love being active-walking and bike riding.


I've always been a bit on the bigger side, but recently I've started packing on the pounds. I know this is due to my lifestyle, so I'm trying to change it. Also, I want to see if I can actually get down to a bikini weight.





I'm a 20 year old university student. In 2007 I return for my second year of uni. I have never been a skinny girl, but I have never been overweight either. I'm just a bit chunky, I suppose. I'd love to tone my body up so I could one day wear a bikini!
