This is a weight loss group for people who follow the Weight Watchers points system or who would like to learn it. (But at the end of the day, this is all about support and if you are not into WW thats fine) This group is for people going to meetings, not going to meetings, or who are not sure! We are going to journal our points each day (takes 5 minutes) and we are going to have fun helping each other through the had work of losing weight, getting in shape- whatever your goal is!
It is really important that we be as vocal as possible in helping each other. There are no "experts" here. We are all the experts of us, and the single most important thing is that we are here for each other.
