I am 35 years old, a musician and teacher and I need to get my eating under control. I have been struggling with my weight since High School.

I am self employed and I am very mobile because of the line of work I do, but I do not exercise anymore. The main reason is that I am sufferring with my knees due to arthristis and this additional weight is only aggravating the problem.
