I am a 22 year old Certified firefighter and medic for NYS. I am out of shape (no good excuse for it) and I want to change. I am also a special education teacher for my cities school district. I work in all subject areas at the high school level. I am currently enrolled in Weight Watchers and am closing in on my 10% goal. I don't think that I am HORRIBLY overweight, but my weight DOES affect me at work (fire and medic).
