I am 38, have 2 children . I grew up playing sports, some of which have turned into lifetime sports - swimming, skiing. I'm pretty faithful about exercising (or I start to go a little nuts) but I'm working on eating reasonable portions.
I'm a 28 year old female and I work at a community college. I'm not looking to necessarily lose weight, but to increase my pace.
I am 27 years old. living in Indianapolis. I am a leasing consultant by day and a server by night. I also have a boyfriend of 6 years this month. So factor in family time and I am one busy girl. During the course of my relationship with my boyfriend I have managed to pack on about 55 pounds. I ran cross and track in junior high and high school. I continued to run in college and then I turned 21. I love beer. and now I am faced with a major beer belly and I am out of shape. I have been run/walking for 3 weeks now and slowly getting back into it. I desperatly need to get this 55 pounds off. I really want to be able to run the entire Indy Mini-Marathon in May.
