I am 28 yrs old. I have struggled with weight my whole adult life. I was an average size and very active child and teen. I ate normal foods but worked it off just living. I blame the licence for my weight gain. hahaha That is when I started gaining the pounds, when I didn't have to walk everywhere anymore.
