I am 26 and I would like to lose the 8-10 lbs I have gained in the last year. Also I woudl like to start exercising like I used to. I have an elliptical & a weight machine in my house, but I just can't get motivated to do it on a daily basis. It is too hot to go run this time of year, so I am trying cycling. I am hoping to do the MS150. I am a teacher and have been having too much fun this summer! I hope this is one reason for my weight gain and I hope to see a difference now that I have started work again.
I just need a little push!!
